Siamo stati 5 giorni benissimo!!!! Alla reception il sig. Attila molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile. Parla bene italiano ed è stato piacevole conversare con lui!! I ragazzi della reception anche loro molto gentili, sorridenti e disponibili anche se non parlano italiano ma con il traduttore riuscivamo a dialogare!! Per quanto riguarda la colazione buona varietà di dolce e salato. Il personale della sala ristoro sempre attento e disponibile a scambiare qualche battuta in italiano. Grazie a Daniel che è riuscito a sistemare sul cellulare un problema con il Wi-Fi e con la sua simpatia, gentilezza ogni mattina con il suo italiano ci dava il buongiorno!!! Per quanto riguarda le camere belle e spaziose con l’aria condizionata perfetta! Per quanto riguarda la pulizia ….i letti non sempre erano fatti “in modo perfetto” e abbiamo notato che il pavimento non è stato mai pulito con l’aspirapolvere !!!! Forse questa è stata l’unica pecca….Abbiamo usufruito del deposito bagaglio in quanto siamo arrivati presto e in questo modo abbiamo iniziato a visitare la città e lo stesso lo abbiamo utilizzato alla partenza in quanto l’aereo era alle 22!

Ben posizionato , colazione normale non c’è tantissimo scelta, e il problema è nelle camere manca un mini frigo, il che con una bimba piccola può essere un problema. Personale molto disponibile

Siamo arrivati sabato prima di Pasqua. Il concierge Attila ci ha fatto sistemare le valigie in uno spazio apposito in attesa che le camere fossero pronte alle 15. Noi abbiamo proceduto alla visita della città: immediatamente ci siamo imbattuti nella Piazza degli Eroi che è a 50 metri dall’hotel. Poi abbiamo visto che c’è una fermata della Metropolitana molto vicina e che a Budapest la metro è molto efficiente. Abbiamo cenato in hotel, buono il cibo e il servizio. Ottima la camera, ottima la colazione. Siamo ripartiti martedì. Ottima esperienza Ibis Héroes square
