Budget but by no means lacking in amenities!

After staying in a couple of individually owned hotels during the past couple of nights,I wasn’t expecting much from an Ibis. I was however pleasantly surprised. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The shower was huge considering it was part of the room and not en suite and the hairdryer was excellent. Breakfast although done on a self service basis had an extensive choice and was very enjoyable. There is no restaurant but we ate at the one across the car park which although a tad expensive had a good choice and the meal was delicious.

Nice and clean, helpful staff. Decent enough breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room temperature was lovely. Able to open room window which for me is essential. Shower was good . Excellent place if you just want a place to lay your head. Vending machine for hot drinks was out on the hot chocolate for duration of our stay, but not a big issue

This hotel born mainly for business travelers, in fact the weekend it’s cheaper than the working days…. About the room, I’m satisfied, but not completely. This because was missing a basic daily tool, the hairdryer! Furthermore in the room there isn’t bottle of water or nothing to drink. There are only two vending machine on the downstairs. Good breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised, we needed a bargain B&B . 2 adults with a difficult child. the room was lovely, clean and comfy. a double bed with overhead bunk, adequate shower room and separate toilet. the staff were excellent, most trying to speak to us in English and were most helpful. we had free use of the dining area for our own food, using the microwave, cutlery and crockery. It suited us as we bought what we wanted in the local supermarkets. We were visiting family who now live in the area.

The whole experience of staying at Ibis Mesanger is of a welcoming and friendly staff.All our queries were successfully answered and we found it a pleasure to deal with the staff. A comfortable and quiet hotel.
