We truly regret for the dampness and musty smell experienced in both of your initial rooms, as well as the limitations you encountered with the air conditioning. We fully understand how uncomfortable this must have been, particularly when you were expecting a relaxing holiday. While we are pleased that the third room provided a more comfortable and spacious environment, we regret that having to move rooms in the first place disrupted your stay. We are equally sorry for the confusion surrounding the room rate adjustment and the initial amount communicated to you. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for review, both regarding the room conditions and the handling of the compensation process.
