My wife & I stayed here for 4 nights, and were very impressed with the personalized service that the staff at Sofitel provides to its Platinum status members. Check-in was in the lounge, smooth and efficient. Our suite on the 7th floor was a delight, spacious and comfortable. The canapes and cocktails in the lounge were lovely, and the service and politeness of everyone, everywhere in the hotel just blew us away. The range of food at breakfast was superb, and I specially liked the Amok Croissant (I'm sure I had one too many). The front office staff was very helpful in answering our queries; thank you Pagnavatey. And the lounge was always a delight to spend a few hours in, away from the outside heat; thank you Mr Nikkole and the staff there. We will definitely have fond memories of our stay at the Sofitel in Phnom Penh

The food was very good. And the manager was very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend the restaurant and the manager, Laiheang. Thank you, we've had a very pleasant time. We will come again next time with bigger group. But hope the renovation will finish before our next visit 😁

A beautiful colonial hotel, we stayed 5 nights in a lovely luxury club room with amazing balcony. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nikkole, the Club Millesime Manager had organised everything for our arrival, very professional pre arrival service and introduction to the hotel including a birthday cake, card and bottle of sparkling wine for my husbands birthday. He constantly checked we were happy with our stay and recognition of our platinum status. Check in was a dream. Amazing bed, super clean room and nice towels. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely addition, and lots of complimentary water. No mould ( my pet hate) in the bathroom. We had really bad jet lag and our bed was perfectly made every time we returned to it ! Our cleaners were lovely and the room was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast which is fabulous. They did a super job. Turndown service was amazing. I saw cleaners polishing lift buttons and even saw one of the cleaners hoovering the French balcony on one room! The doormen are superb, greeting and checking if you need anything. Happy to take you to the pool or the mall in the hotels golf cart. The hotel is having some renovation work done and 1 of the pools was closed, none of this was a problem. The pool staff were very attentive. No sunbed dramas. The decor around the hotel is lovely and the old photos by George Portal were really beautiful and very touching. Amazing flower displays. The lounge team are amazing. Better than excellent service from Piseth and Phano in the lounge. Great conversation, really really caring, proud of the brand and their country , excellent teamwork and keen to ensure everything was tres magnifique! The lobby bar is lovely and hearing the pianist play excellent. Breakfast and service by Pisey very good. She is a lovely lady. I loved how many people greeted you at any time of the day. Many remembered your name too. Neath came to say goodbye and thank us for staying - and it was said from her heart (I was nearly in tears) Took the hotels beautiful car back to the airport - well worth it. Kim was an excellent and very interesting driver making a very relaxing journey. As Platinum members, the one indicator that you know a hotel is going to be amazing is when you meet the GM. Charles-Henri is very impressive. He is a fantastic figurehead for the Sofitel and everyone of the staff we spoke to obviously admired him and loved their jobs. Quite an achievement.
