Good hotel … but lower your expectations

Pro: - location - pretty strategic, close to the airport (there is a tram station situated at 3 minutes walk which can bring you to the airport or city center) - breakfast buffet - has a good variety but average quality - room size - junior suite - ok - convenient parking situated right under the building and for being a guest of the hotel you’ll get a good discount. - very comfortable bed - housekeeping was doing a good job cleaning well everything, but after 4 days spent there we have found a significant quantity of dust on top of our belongings and the toilet started to have an unpleasant smell of urine. - the room is equipped with a mini fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine and a microwave oven - the staff at the reception were very helpful, kind and polite and they tried their best to accommodate our requests - ok value for money Cons: - the rooms are not soundproofed - I could hear all night long the aircrafts taking off, the traffic of the street + the chat of the noisy neighbors. - the toilet is a “room” which is copying an aircraft toilet in size, shape and amenities (a prefabricated module made of plastic) - separated from the bathroom which extremely inconvenient (as cabin crew I felt as if I came back to work, not in vacation). - also the bathroom is a prefabricated module with poor ventilation, which was probably sharing the sewage with the toilet, since foul odor was coming out of the sink every now and then. They’re trying to compensate this bathroom nonsense by providing branded shower gel and soap. - there are no slippers, bathrobes or other bathroom amenities. - the breakfast dishes were not properly cleaned - I could find dry residues of food stick on the plates, forks and inside of the coffee mugs.

Comfortable hotel , with easy access to Nice centre, and other towns via train. Microwave in room a bonus, dishes and cutlery would have been helpful as would milk for the coffee and tea. We left some items behind which were reunited with us quickly and efficiently. Tram stop just outside hotel - very easy to access from airport.

Only stayed here for one night, but despite the short stay, I loved what I saw. Reception was cosy and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious yet comfortable, provided with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sink and a double and single bed. Bathroom was lovely and shampoo was amazing. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was fabulous with a great variety of juices, pastries, fruits, coffees and hot foods. Didn't have a chance to get into the swimming pool sadly but it looked really nice. I definitely recommend this apartment/hotel. It is fabulous.

You really couldn’t fault this hotel in almost all aspects. Spotlessly clean rooms, a wee pool with free towels and exceptionally polite and attentive staff. We asked for a late checkout and this was no problem - free til 1pm and 40 euro til 5pm. Buffet breakfast is the usual fare and the area for breakfast peaceful and clean. BUT… there is literally nothing in the area. No restaurants, shops, nothing. Trams stop right outside but it’s a 25 minute journey into Nice. That’s fine once a day but to spend the day at the beach, come back, change and go back out again was wearing to say the least. In addition, trams stop at 10:30 so if your flight gets in after that, you’ll have to take a taxi for which the is a minimum 35eu charge (for one mile!!)

Booked this airport hotel for the night before our flight back to the UK. I chose it for the restaurant and the pool and expected a reasonable service for my €188. Whilst the reception staff were nice enough and friendly, the hotel isn't worth the money. Bed sheets were rough, no milk provided in the room for the tea, and weirdly the restaurant is closed at weekends so no dinner either! In an international airport hotel I expected a varied breakfast and a couple of English speaking tv channels - no €19 for a typical French breakfast and on the TV only BBC world news and CNN in English. No channels in any other language but French. YouTube offered at €4.99 per film and no Netflix access. Very, very poor.
