This hotel has a great location that is convenient to markets and restaurants. It is a little worn out and room service was questionable. The room did not have a trash can when I checked in and I had to make a request for one. They first delivered the trash can and a few hours later, they delivered the trash can liner. The room also came with only 2 large towels, one of them I had to use as a shower mat. I would have expected some hand or face towels. The safe also did not work, it required numerous visits over several hours to get fixed. The front desk was very efficient for check in and check out but was not that helpful in providing directions-- I chalk this up to probably a language issue, I only spoke English.

This hotel is almost centrally located, offer small rooms but comfortable and clean. i arrived very late,around 05:00 AM, due to flight delay but i checked in well, the breakfast did not offer enough options for vegans.

The best Hotel located in the centre,very friendly staff and Excellent services.The best food in the Hotels of whole Algeria.Kindregards for Mr Noffal and Mr Jad at the reception,very special and kind regards to Miss Wissam at the restaurant.

Great experience , clean rooms , safe , and calm , reasonable price , near the historical old city , you will enjoy it for sure . It is a great April destination. Souika is close and its djouziya is unforgettable

Mr Karim the Chef at the hotel is realy making the food at Ibis hôtel Constantine unique.Different type of salad,very delicious tasty soup.The main course mixed between the traditional and continental.I am really very thankful to this hotel and particularly The Chef Karim.
