I stay at Novotel hotel for long time and always back again for business and work.The staff Kadek at the restaurant is always amazing,smile all the day for cheers my day and my colleges during stay here.She is the best one ever!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is spacious and no issues in the room. The ac and wifi are working well. The breakfast and the food taste well and no issues. It is a great hotel in Balikpapan.

Always nice to stay in Novotel Balikpapan. Staff is always trying to provide with the highest level of services. Hotel is clean and nice located with a mall and restaurants at walking distance. I want to thank Miss Eugenia for her hospitality and land the front desk staff and the restaurant staff (Kadek, Iwan, Rudi, Cynthia , Sonia, Ali and Aknofa)
