Standard ibis hotel.

Stayed 8 days throughout Christmas. Average but acceptable standard chain hotel, as expected. Had several meals in the restaurant (in direct connection with the bar and reception). The temperature in the room and in the restaurant could with advantage have been warmer. Everything was clean enough. No laundry service over Christmas, I am not sure if my money for this was refunded. Friendly and informal staff. Average food. Location only 100 meters from the railway station, but not part of the station complex itself, as I was led to believe. In the evening there was a homeless drug addict beggar for every 5 meters in the area, a sad sight. 3-4 pubs in the vicinity, but not the best pubs in town. No noise problem in the hotel.

I decided to stay at the ibis Brighton hotel for Xmas & Boxing Day with my family & dog. It was fantastic value. There was a lot of delicious choices at the breakfast buffet & the xmas dinner was wonderful too. The amazing staff made it a very special Xmas, They work so hard to make sure everyone was looked after,including my dog. The rooms were comfortable & clean & we even got a sea view. I would definitely book again,especially as i didn’t have to wash up after dinner. Jakub,who is the manager,made us feel so welcome,it felt like a home from home. The hotel & staff definitely turned our Christmas into a beautiful cherish memory. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights over Christmas. The wonderful welcome we received from the staff was so lovely and everyone was helpful and attentive. The manager., Jakub, went out of his way to make everyone feel special and it all added to the Christmas atmosphere. There was a wonderful Christmas buffet on offer at a very reasonable price. The food was wonderful and I can’t thank the staff enough for their hard work over the holiday period. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel located right next to the railway station. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable although it was located on the front of the hotel the noise from outside could be an issue for some but it didn't' bother us as after a long day we were pretty exhausted. Nice helpful friendly staff which is always a big plus. Carnt comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel. All in all served it's poupous at a reasonable price and would definitely return if the occasion arose.

Very comfortable spotlessly clean with extremely efficient friendly helpful staff. Superb location for shopping, lots of local bars and restaurants on the door step very close to the train station and a short stroll to the seafront.. I thoroughly recommend the Ibis Brighton City Centre a great experience good value hotel.
