Good value for money

Hotel located in a residential area of Thonon-les-Bains. Quiet neighborhood, far away from busy roads. There is not much around, a car is needed. Free parking in front of the hotel. Quick check-in. Comfort is basic as you can expect from the Ibis Budget brand. But you get the essentials. The room was clean. You can open the window but not completely. Air conditioning is available, but it relatively noisy. Internet is free, but it is slow. Good breakfast for the price, except for the orange juice.

All other hotels in Thonon-les-Bains were full, so I had to book this one for our one night stay. You get what you pay for and this budget hotel has very small rooms without anything to sit on than your bed and with no space for putting your suitcases. Small and clean bathroom. Sleep quality was good due to the quiet area around the hotel. Breakfast was better than I expected and absolutely fair priced. 40 minutes walk to the town centre (we didn´t have a car).
