Dear customers, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Although we would have preferred your experience to have been more pleasant. I remind you of the protocol on the 3rd bed. The sheet, the pillow, the cover and the towel are in a closed kit. This is given to the customer and the bed is made by himself. Please accept, Madam, Sir, our best regards.
