Please allow me to assure you that at all ibis Hotels worldwide, the rooms and washrooms are designed after an extensive market research to ensure optimum utilization of the space and resources available also, all airport transfers to and from Terminal 1 of the Mumbai airport are complimentary for our guests. There is a nominal charge only for transfers between the hotel and Terminal 2. We however, truly appreciate your feedback on the same.
