It was saddening to learn that we were not able to meet expectations, please accept my sincerest apologies for your dissatisfaction. Please allow me to assure you that at all ibis Hotels worldwide, the rooms and washrooms are designed after an extensive market research to ensure optimum utilization of the space and resources available also, all airport transfers to and from Terminal 1 of the Mumbai airport are complimentary for our guests. There is a nominal charge only for transfers between the hotel and Terminal 2. We however, truly appreciate your feedback on the same. Our relationship with our guests is of paramount importance to us. I trust this experience will not alter your perception of our service standards and that you will give us the opportunity of welcoming you again soon.
