I was part of the committee organising a scientific conference in July 2024. Our experience with Pullman Kuching was nothing short of outstanding. From the warm hospitality to the exquisite culinary offerings, every aspect of our stay and event organization was meticulously handled. The team went above and beyond, ensuring that all our conference needs were met with efficiency and a personal touch. The venue provided the perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, creating an ideal setting for productive sessions and networking. Special thanks to the Pullman Kuching staff for their professionalism and dedication, which made our event an incredible success!

Was soo looking forward to visiting Kuching and having some down time after a week in the jungle looking at monkeys. Arrived at the hotel to find it under renovation and no swimming pool! Not a great start. The hotel is definitely showing its age and it’s overdue for some renovations. Stayed in an executive suite which was spacious but quite dusty in places and my room didn’t feel clean. The staff are lovely and really encouraging to return when all the renovations are finished… don’t think I would come back!

Bilik besar, luas dan bersih cuma semasa saya menginap di hotel tersebut ada gangguan bunyi bising disebabkan pengubahsuaian bangunan sebelah. Tidak dapat tidur dengan baik dan selesa. hotel juga tidak mempunyai tempat parking sendiri jadi saya perlu membayar sebanyak RM10 setiap hari.

With regards to the parking, as much as we hope to provide complimentary parking to our guests, however, the parking lot belongs to The Hills Mall management and not under the hotel's. and pool closed (no info that i saw on website- we had booked partly for gym/pool). Tried to charge us nearly 25% more than what we booked for; had to show original email to get the price i booked, though to be fair they then sorted it and were good about it. Rooms (we had two) not very clean (eg hair in the bathroom).
