I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your feedback on the noise due to the renovation and parking is duly noted. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and upgrading works to provide our valued guests a more seamless and enhanced experience. With regards to the parking, as much as we hope to provide complimentary parking to our guests, however, the parking lot belongs to The Hills Mall management and not under the hotel's.
