Overall is good as it should be just small complaint for staff at lounge when check out seem she is not well trained

I am glad to know that you enjoyed your overall stay; however, I truly regret the inconvenience you experienced during your check-out at the Executive Lounge. Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of professionalism and training demonstrated by our colleague. I completely understand your frustration, especially as you were well within your rights to check out before 4 pm, and the delay in reissuing your key card caused unnecessary stress. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, particularly to our valued ALL Platinum members. Rest assured, I have personally addressed this matter with our lounge team, and additional training will be implemented immediately to prevent such issues in the future. Your feedback is extremely important for us to improve, and I truly appreciate you bringing this situation to my attention.
