I am glad to know that you enjoyed your overall stay; however, I truly regret the inconvenience you experienced during your check-out at the Executive Lounge. Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of professionalism and training demonstrated by our colleague. I completely understand your frustration, especially as you were well within your rights to check out before 4 pm, and the delay in reissuing your key card caused unnecessary stress.
