It was one of my last business trip of the year. I have not been back to the hotel for at least the last 3 years, and yet the service and the room were as great as before; especially the service at the club lounge.Angel, Albert, Jayden, Hannah and Jelly are very attentive and accommodative. Enjoyed the stay!

Well situated within Tianhe district, this Sofitel really impressed me! Loved the treatment we received from the Club Millésime team who made sure we had a luxurious and relaxing stay. Lounge food was of high quality and the breakfast menu is really excellent. Happy hour also was just perfect. The level of English spoken by staff is much higher than at some other properties I have visited in China, which is a definite plus. The indoor pool and gym are quite nice as well. I am so glad I booked and will be back again.

When coming to GZ, I mostly stay at Sofitel Sunrich GZ. The executive lounge at 29/F is led by Ms. Sasha (莎莎), who is new to the lounge this year, but I found out that she picked up things very quick and clearly know the needs of frequent travelers such as me. She can help you sort out solutions for all important or trivial problems, and provide great hospitality to you. The hardware may not be as new as those newly opened hotels during these few years in GZ, however, the services and quality must be among the best! Thank you so much for Sasha's team namely Angel, Jayden, Jessica, Nana, Albert, Candice, Hannah and George. Last but not least, the chefs inside the kitchen play an important role in preparing high standard foods and meals to guests at executive lounge, thank you so much. I highly recommend you guys come and try!

The plus point - this is a superb property located within business Tian He district . The minus point - the nearest metro station tiyuxilu is 1.5 km away. However, Didi is cheap and easy - thus this location is not exactly a deal breaker. Lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated. Guest room is well appointed and. I was upgraded to a very comfortable suite room. Club Millisime on the 29th Floor is excellent. They serve very well prepared food and free flow of cocktails. The only drawback, the hotel did not credit a proper room nights after my stay. Can't help but feel short-changed. Now, I have to write to Accor to claim my missing nights - which is a HASSLE and a WASTE of time.

Very good location & environment. Good room & service. I’d recommend to my friends. Price could be a bit lower. How about shuttle bus to and from the airport? Transportation seems to be its weak link.

I truly enjoy the personal touch every time I come to the Guangzhou Sofitel. The staff earned my loyalty and I would not think of staying anywhere else. You must upgrade yourself to the executive club level if your membership level does not give you access to it as it will make your stay very special. The food is first class throughout the facility from the Chinese restaurant to the Grill Steakhouse.

I was at the 988 cafe very early in the morning on the 9 Dec, the manager said it wasnt ready yet, it will be ready at 630am. so I waited, end up she forgotten to tell me that the breakfast is ready till i got to ask her again! I am rushing for my flight yet she behave like that, this wasnt the first time she is like that! Furthermore the check in was super slow although I have check in online, and it said my room keys will be prepared ahead end up it wasnt done at all. The TV entertainment sucks and the wifi isnt working even when i reported it......

This Hotel in the heart of the bustling Guangzhou has one of the most impressive steak restaurants in Asia with meats from Australia, New Zealand and Canada. I have been coming to Guangzhou since early 2012 and have always stayed at the Sunrich because of its convenience to the Airport and the industrial areas of Guangzhou. The staff have and exceptional eye on customer service and are extremely friendly and hospitable.

Not a new hotel but it keeps nicely. I have walked around almost the whole hotel, the facilities are good. Unfortunately, we just stayed for 1 night and did not have chance to try the restaurants. I will definitely choose this hotel when I go GZ next time.

I have stayed here few times. Hotel is upkeep well, walking distance to Tianhe shopping area with plenty of food choices. Nice pool, good equipped gym. Did not dine at hotel as there are restaurants just walking distance away
