Internet péssima! Desde a minha chegada, o sinal oscilava muito, não carregava as rede sociais, não conseguia navegar etc. Na quinta-feira (31-08) fui fazer uma videochamada de prospecção e a Internet caiu quatro vezes! Tive que recorrer ao meu iPhone como roteador ou perderia a oportunidade de negócio. Ao reclamar na recepção, o que ouvia é que "o problema é estrutural", "faz tempo que as pessoas reclamam", "nos primeiros andares o sinal é melhor, na próxima vez o Sr. pode escolher um andar abaixo..." Ridículo! Na primeira noite, pedi uma canja, que veio praticamente sem caldo, só batata (muita batata), cenoura e arroz, com sal muito acima da medida. Além disso, fizeram confusões no check-in, pois eu pedi uma noite a mais e não me cobraram, só me procuraram no último dia, apesar de eu ter circulado pelo hotel em diversas ocasiões... Vou reconsiderar minha próxima hospedagem em Criciúma, em especial pelo problema de Internet, que, nos dias de hoje, é intolerável, ainda mais para um hotel de rede internacional. P É S S I M A!

Good central option to stay if you want to discover the city or region. Price attractive option with standard rooms, good wifi and small breakfast buffet. Parking is available for free right on the hotel premises. Close to the city center as well as neighboring cities and the national highway.

I want to start by saying the Staff is very good. I blame my rating 100% on management & ownership. We picked this hotel based on the 4 point rating, it's location and they are pet friendly, not many other hotels in the area were. So this limited us The red flags were there for me to see, the last review is over a year old. We walked into our room and the first thing we saw were DEAD TERMITES covering the window sill. The 2nd thing we was was DEAD & ALIVE BUGS in the window itself (see pictures). The 3rd thing we was was a LIVE BUG crawling the bed. This is a nightmare and because of traveling with a dog , limiting our other hotel options, we raced back down to the front desk to complain. Short version of the rest of this story, we were given another room, which I went over with a fine tooth comb. We stayed the right and left. I will NEVER recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemy. Horrible.

Everything in this hotel is great, from its facilities, services and the way of treatment given to its guests. The attention given to your clients is so much that makes you feel like at home. In addition to a very well trained staff, the dedication of Hotel Manager Mr. Paulo and his Assistant Mari surpasses the levels of professionalism that I have already seen in hotels located in several countries. This hotel should be featured on the Accor Network. CONGRATULATIONS.

Very good value for money. Clean comfortable rooms , small but ok for a short visit. Situated on the main road into town. Opposite a shopping centre with food ball supermarket etc. 5 min walk to very nice park with running track. Excellent breakfast.
