Decent but not up to Ibis standards, a hostel at best

Good location and staff is professional and helpful but the facility is heavily outdated and fridge and Air conditioner have issues steer away from this one as it's not to known IBIS standards and pay abit more for a better experience in a local place.

Good stay at Ibis Amman

Very good stay. Very hospitable staff. Clean and hygiene. Amman mall nearby for any quick shoppings. Breakfast can be better, I have suggested my views to the staff. I'm a vegetarian and hence have limited food choices. Emad is a nice person , very humble and gentle who makes up my rooms every day. All in all i'm happy.

Perfect quality-price ratio

Honestly, the Ibis is a real 3-star. I read such bad reviews that you have to balance with the price quality ratio. For very few euros per night, the bedrooms are more than ok + breakfast ok as well. Service is also totally fine as Jordanians are the definition of welcoming people

Amazing hotel and staff

I would like to say that the location of this hotel is amazing. What makes it more enjoyable to stay at this hotel is the outstanding hospitality from its staff. Here I would like to mention Mr. Emad (the fourth floor cleaner) for his amazing attitude. As well as Ms. Adele and the rest of her reception staff for their wonderful assistance whenever I am at the hotel.
