We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was quiet ,pleasant and was delicious and the lady from the reception ms Ann was very energetic and helpful and had pleasant smile . It was amazing and wonderful and we will visit again and Thankyou to all the staff .

after 3 years to be customer in IBIS Manama I have this time a very bad experience

I reserved 2 days online for a bedroom with tween beds for 89 Euro each day, and for a one-day extension, I was charged 138.77 Euro for the same room without cleaning for three days. The Filipina receptionist said that it was the weekend and the hotel was full! This was a lie, it is a wrong commercial attitude, hence this price does not appear on the web. The rate must be clearly shown on the web or written on the wall inside the hotel. Changing the rate without advice is a bad commercial practice, there is dishonesty.

The hotel location is very convenient close to big shopping malls . Clean rooms . Good variety food for breakfast

Lovely little hotel with pleasant staff. Check in was quick & efficient. My simple ‘special’ requests are always honoured without having to ask. Complimentary drinks vouchers for Accor Gold member is now on the app so easier to use. Look forward to my next visit 👍
