*希望我的不满意评价只是引起你们的注意而不是被公开给你们造成困恼。 位置好可是隔音非常差。两层的楼房搭配的办公椅子经常是钢铁的材质。二楼的住客只要一拖椅子一楼就吵到不行。 还有浴室门，没有任何的缓慢关门的装置。开关浴室门就是特别大的噪音。隔壁只要一开关就直接被吵醒。 员工都非常专业和友善，就是设备太差了吧， 希望你们能改进。 希望你们能改善吧

We're glad to hear you found our location convenient and our staff professional and friendly. However, we’re truly sorry that the noise disturbances and facility issues negatively impacted your stay. We understand how important a quiet and comfortable environment is, especially for rest and relaxation. Your concerns about the soundproofing, noise from chairs, and the bathroom door have been noted and shared with our maintenance and management teams for further review. These are exactly the kind of insights we value as we continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience. We also want to let you know that we are currently working closely with the hotel's ownership on plans for a full refurbishment and redevelopment of the property. We are confident these upgrades will address many of the concerns you’ve raised and significantly enhance comfort for all future guests.
