The service need to improve. No bottle was given , no complimentary drinks, all they blame covid. The rates compared with Raffles is expensive. Please get your service experience improved. I have travelled and stayed many times and need good services. I travel every week to Nadi.

Novotel over the years has been our second home the staff have always been like family to us and made us so welcome.this family trip home was much to be desired we always have our breakfast food at the hotel after going for our breakfast on the sunday morning 8.15 am to find empty containers fruit that looked like it had been cut several days no selection of breads and burnt jams no yogurt , we left minus our breakfast plus my husband being diabetic is always important the time frame of his foodOur room 212 the toilet not flushing we reported to reception who sent a guy to fix it he informed us nothing much could be done but the cupboard outsidewe could flush the tank from there so that became our daily task for 8 days bedsheets need washing well with bleach to freshen and brighten their tired look ,the tiny uncomfortable pillows are so hard and not very fresh leave you to place an item of your clothes over to enable you to sleep .we aware this is no fault of staff they do their very best owners need to bring their families there see look experience what exactly clients are putting up with and spending money on .The Novotel is situated in prime grounds beautiful peaceful that's the attraction , time for heavy changes before this investment crashes down you cannot rely on local conferences to support you you have to reach out to the public thankyou

No improvement since ACCOR took over

Having passed through this hotel, in both it's Mocambo and Novotel iterations over several years (normally 1 night transits) it is disappointing to see how little has improved over that time. The rooms look just like they did 10 years ago and the a/c works just as badly. I didn't notice any significant difference in the restaurant either - the food is edible but that is just about it. ACCOR really need to address the whole package - especially at their current prices. Not at all worth it and will not use again until I hear that things have improved considerably!!

Transit before flying out of Nadi

We moved to Suva - Fiji 4.5 years ago due to my work and numerous times we/myself stayed in this hotel only for transit after landing in Nadi or before flying out of Nadi. We notice the Air Condition in the room has always been an issue which has never been really fixed. We booked 2 rooms and both AC didn't work properly. They are more of fan blowing warm air than AC. In my room, the chain lock had been modified, looks like it was off before and they had nailed it back again but higher so you can't use to chain lock your room door. My kids in the other room had issue with the door-access card after coming back from our dinner outside the hotel. Had it replaced but still not working so they went back again to the Reception Area. This time, the hotel staff opened the room door for them with a promise to come back with another door-access card, which he never did till we checked out the next morning. The hotel property is huge but it is quite sad to see its condition, particularly when it bears the Brand of ACCOR.

I was going to provide some detailed feedback about our stay at the Novotel Nadi and in particular from an Accor Le Club member perspective but given that I have one more stay at this hotel booked this coming week, I thought it better to say little [all be it designed to be constructive feedback] until that stay has been completed - maybe things will have improved. I guess it is fair however to say that this was once a great hotel with a great reputation in Nadi, indeed in Fiji.

Our stay was great, the room was really clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and we really felt rested after a good nights sleep. Good view from our room and the staff were very friendly. Overall awesome experience.

Unfortunately a FJD 250 "hold" charge on my credit card on 18/11 before check-in has not yet been refunded after paying my bill in full on checkout. Otherwise this is a pleasant, peaceful, friendly establishment with pool, good breakfasts and free airport transfers.

My husband and I stayed here on Nov 20th 2019. Check in was easy. We booked a Superior room. Got to the room we settled in, took showers and as we lay down to rest a bit, i saw a "cockroach" and out came another they were coming out from underneath the tv desk. I killed one and the other crawled off so fast. We called front office, they came. Long story short. We changed rooms, they gave us a family room towards the end of property which we didn't like but no choice it's what they have available. We got to Family room, ants all over the balcony feasting on a dead lizard ughh. At this point we were both exhausted, we just wanted to rest, my husband swept off the balcony with a tree branch nearby. There was a rodent trap in front of our balcony which stinks so bad. No Wi-Fi signal as it was suppose to be included in our package. Disappointing. Breakfast ok. Restaurant Staffs were friendly. We stayed here a few times but this time wasnt really good.

Have stayed here a lot. Friendly staff but not always proactive especially the younger ones. Maybe a training need. Room very clean and housekeeping staff always good. Nice to get water and fruit and an email offering to pick me up at the airport although the transport didn't arrive!

I would request Accor Hotels to visit this property and decide if it's living up to the ACCOR HOTELS standards. Very disappointing. Food was average, bathroom looked very old, dirty. Luckily we were only there for a night. Would not stay there again.

Attractive grounds, good sized rooms; adequate amenities. Very helpful and obliging staff. Pool is a good size snd temperature. Nice location for easy access to the airport - 10 minutes by taxi (F $10)

Embarrasing experience as an Accor Plus member

It is disappointing to suggest that the rooms needs a major uplift and improving the air conditioning system for the comfort of the guests to stay inside the room and have a decent sleep at nite. To my embarrasing experience I had booked an executive room (for 3 nites) and paid a price, also booked another room for my guests travelling with me to attend a wedding. Cannot exactly remember the room numbers but had changed 3 different rooms just to get decent air conditioning to have a better sleep at nite and this was for my guests too. Finally I gave up and stayed the remaining nites with deep regret as did my guests. The manager i believe Sekove tried his best to resolve the matter as he witnessed himself the concerns I was raising at that point with the air conditioning- Staff were friendly but it's not their fault that the property needs major renovations and possibly be embarrassed themselves as there would be many more guests that would be complaining. To further rub salt to the wound- my guests were also complaining about the comfort and poor air conditioning from the first room that they were given and upon complaining to the front desk had moved my guests to the room that I had originally complained and had moved out from were given to them-this was a shamble decision and quiet embarrasing as I heard them saying it is only 2 more nites to go and will soldier on. Add more insult to my suprise was on day 2 of breakfast we all had requested a egg omelette and had requested if they had a clean pan that was not used to cook bacon (for my religous dietery concerns) and were assured that they had a "clean pan" for all vegeterian customers. It was disgusting to witness with my own eyes that the "clean pan" was also used to cook ham in it and upon questioning I was told now that they can have my request made from the kitchen where no one can see and thinking I will fall into that crap. Anyways that was it no more ommelletes from then on as I would not trust anything they would say-this in itself was very low and disgusting act of betrayal by the staff-there was no point in me complaining to the management at this point as there would not have restored my faith-this was very disgusting act. Unfortunately had a pre-booking and was paid for in advance, so I had to stay another nite on my way back to Melbourne and guess what- it was the same crap. Re-considering renewing my Accor-Plus membership after this experience.

Close to airport and new shopping town

The hotel is in a perfect location next to the Nadi International Airport. There is a new shopping town at its door. The shopping town has supermarket, sport equipment, clothing, restaurants. The swimming pool seems to be popular for customers who stay for a few days. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only problem is lighting in the room is insufficient (rather dark) and the air conditioning system can't be controlled inside the room.

Not Deserving of the Novotel Brand

I've been travelling to Fiji on business for the past 10 years, and always stayed here, however this will be my last stay at Novotel Nadi until the hotel is refurbished. As a Accor Plus member I have stayed at Novotel Hotels in 12 different countries and this is simply doesn't come close to meeting the Novotel brand standard. This trip the Aircon in my room didn't work (it was 29C outside). I was moved to a new room and that aircon also didn't work. The rooms are dark, shabby and the condition standard of workmanship in the bathrooms especially is poor. The aircon duct grills (blowing warm air) and tile floors in my room were dirty. Add to the fact that my reservation for the second night booked on Accor Plus website was somehow 'lost' and I was told they didn't have a room for me when I returned at the end of the day, I would have to find somewhere else to stay. On a positive note the staff are, as always, lovely. Friendly, helpful and (at this stay) apologetic. The restaurant food had improved from my last stay. However, as the saying goes, "you can't make a silk purse out of sows ear". I'll come back when management spends a bit on the place and brings it back up to standard.

This is my 2nd booking at Novotel Nadi. Once again they charge me an extra night on my Amex card! The first time i complained, they say they will check and get back, but never did. This time they did it again! Rooms are pretty old.

Very good and respectable reception on arrivals. very good rooms except we could not switch off the air condition. otherwise the stay was a pleasant one. The $1 breakfast in addition to our executive room was a great deal for us - 2 for the price of one.

Accommodation and hotel facilities are reasonably good. Room and linen was clean. Pool area is quite basic. This is not, and does not pretend to be, a 5 star resort. So for the money we paid, we were happy with what we got. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional and made us feel very welcome. The only complaint we have is that the lunch and dinner in the restaurant was of a very low standard. Everything looked and tasted like it came out of a mass produced freezer bag and the hotel is far away from any nice outside restaurants. Again, we have no complaints about the hotel. We needed 1 night near the airport and this hotel suited our needs and met our expectations. Thank you.

Close to the airport. Room looked old with some mould in bathroom and air conditioning ineffective.we were located at the end of resort in what seemed the ok'd area and a long way from reception.will stay closer to town if visit again.

We have been staying at this hotel since it was the Mocambo and return because it has beautiful buildings with great fiews across the golf course and sugarcane fields to the hills of the Sleeping Giant. We love the balconies with the bougainvilleas. the staff are very good, the food is fine and the location excellent. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Hotel detiorating

Ten years ago this hotel was decent. However, the rooms are now shabby and in need of renovation. The floor of my room was strewn with clumps of long black hair - not mine. The lighting is dim, perhaps to mask other nastiness. As ever, the service was friendly, even though the reception desk is under-staffed and slow. Buffet dinner was delicious.
