Despite their being a conference at the property check in and everything about our stay was smooth and great. Cozy rooms and delicious breakfast daily were our highlights!

Sofitel Fiji is next level 5 stars! The service is outstanding and nothing is a problem. We stayed for a week with our two little children and everything was perfect. Our children absolutely loved the pools and activities all day on offer. They went to the kids club and they didn't want to leave because they loved it so much. The hotel is extremely modern, perfectly clean, recently renovated and is one of the happiest places on earth. We stayed in a family room with the bunk beds for the kids in a separate room with a sliding door and it was great for evenings when the kids needed to go to sleep but my hubby and I wanted to stay up later. We will definitely be back to Sofitel Fiji!

We love the Sofitel Fiji! The Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa is excellent. We have just returned from a family holiday in early December 2025, and this was our second visit, having previously stayed in 2018. The pools, restaurants, rooms, and facilities are all fantastic. The resort is immaculately clean, noise levels are well managed, and the location is ideal, close to the Port while still offering a beautifully relaxed beach setting. Overall, it represents great value for money. However, the true standout feature of the Sofitel Fiji is the staff. The genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the entire team create the most welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, and it genuinely felt like every team member knew and remembered our names, forming real connections with our family. In particular, we would like to give special mention to Zack, Save and Amelia for making our stay extra memorable. One highlight was an impromptu game of touch footy on the lawn with Sofitel staff and other guests—an experience that perfectly captures the warmth, fun, and community spirit of the resort. We can’t wait to return.

I have to be honest and say I’ve avoided staying at the Sofitel for years due to a shocking dining experience pre Covid. But I thought I would give it a break as I use Accor group hotels now more than any others. IT WAS FANTASTIC. We had a Waitui Beach Access plus room (the plus is the access to the Journal Lounge). Inclusions: mini bar (trade things you want for things you don’t want). Daily breakfast. Laundry. Cocktail hour and post- dinner nightcaps if you are still awake. One hour relaxation massage per guest. We could have had free transport to Seventh Heaven but not really our thing. The room was clean and our room backed onto the gardens in quite a quiet location (room 123). Pillows helped with a good night’s sleep. Bed was slightly firm - not the pillowy standard I’ve experience in other Sofitels but ok. A flat sheet would have been good in addition to the duvet so you could sleep just under the sheet. All the staff we encountered were friendly and we didn’t experience any long waits for anything. Big bonus if you are travelling with Fiji airlines is the check in facility at the resort. Only criticism is that the hotel does not offer all of the status and other benefits that come with Accor Plus/Explorer membership. So the food discount is 25 not 30%, no 15% off drinks, early check-in not honoured (didn’t test late check out or upgrade). Despite this, we will be back again same time next year.

WOW!! Best resort in Denarau! This was soooo good! The food, staff, swimming pools, waterslides! This has it all. Family had such an amazing trip and the whole resort was so clean, staff soo accommodating. Especially loved all the food options. We’ll be back again next year! Can’t wait! Thanks Sofitel Fiji!
