Hello, 我是一位blogger, 一位 travel lover. 首次到fiji 並在Sofitel 住了6晚，酒店環境位置不錯，但餐廳及設施比較舊。員工友善而且樂於助人。 酒店房間令人失望，完全稱不上屬5星級，這種價錢享受到這種殘舊的房間令我非常失望。特別不滿意是洗手間，浴缸看到翻新的痕跡，非常不美觀。淋浴時水會從玻璃掉到地面，實在不方便也不能接受。花灑沒辦法拿下來，非常不友善。mini bar 的台很骯髒，很多使用痕跡。而洗手盤下面的腳踏垃圾桶也沒辦法用腳踏就開，每次都要用手打開.... 以上種種問題未足以令我要求換房間，但對首次在 Sofitel 的住宿體驗大打折扣。

浴缸底部居然是用油漆糊了一层，要求换房间服务员说已经十点钟了，没法给找房间，态度恶劣，好像是顾客的无理要求。

索菲特在我心里是舒适和享受的代名词，可是我们昨天晚上入住了斐济索菲特，整体感觉非常糟糕 打开斑驳的房间门扑面而来的是一股发霉的味道 房间狭小，1.5米的床一边和墙的距离是0.5米左右，另一边离窗户的距离一米左右。卫生间同样紧促，没有化妆镜没有浴缸。更令人不舒服的是床垫不是索菲特里应该有的品牌而且使用的年限太久已经松软变形，每天早上起来都浑身疼。而且卫生状况令人发指，餐厅的餐桌上有蚂蚁爬，房间里有蚂蚁在床上爬，电梯里见过几次蟑螂。 连着住六天早餐基本上没有变化 针对白金会员的免费接送机也没有人提前告知，自己做出租车到酒店。没有行政酒廊也没有赠送水果或者其他饮料。度假酒店也没有给小朋友送小礼物。 房间的床上用品也很差，浴巾颜色都发黑了。枕头也只有两种，没有我们喜欢的乳胶枕。索菲特应该每一家有枕头菜单吗? 都不知道为什么这么差还是五星级，作为雅高卡二十多年的会员，这次入住是非常失望的。应该是住过最差的索菲特酒店了。希望酒店管理人员尽快处理

房间不错，午夜时分的room service菜单如果能选择再多一点就更好，房间内的空调调节起来效果不是很好。前台服务态度配不上sofitel应有的水准。

好的方面是早餐选择较多，味道也不错，泳池干净，设置也合理，不显得呆板和拥挤。房间干净，设备齐全。 不足之处有： 在处理小团队入住的情况时，前台服务人员业务不熟练，工作效率较低。在单独办理check-in和团体处理之间摇摆不定。由于check-in较早，入住时间较晚，外出回来领取房卡的时候竟然发现行李还在外面放着着，并没有妥善保管。而发房卡的前台人员明显不知道自己在干嘛，非常耽误时间。 2点入住，下午休息时听见服务人员一直敲门，只是为了问是否需要更换毛巾，觉得这种操作完全没有必要，刚入住的客人哪儿有那么快需要更换毛巾的，还打扰了休息。免打扰也需要自己挂牌，没有一键选择。感觉服务不够人性化。

非常好 这个酒店给我留的印象，首先他配套的都是国宝级的PURE FIJI 用了体验感非常好 餐食也很地道 尤其pizza 很棒 客房的服务也非常的不错 泳池是恒温的 24小时都可以游 同时做了SPA 浑身都很放松 环境个非常优雅

离港口比较近，可以步行过去。酒店设施整体不错，热带的原因，餐厅蚂蚁稍微多了一点点。服务人员都很热情，海滩上的免费设施也挺多，体验很好。而且房间够大，两张大床，一家四口可以住的下.

1、早上在官网上查到有空房，当即打电话预定，结果接线员告诉我没有空房。电话挂掉后我立即再查了一次官网，明明有空房。随后我登陆会员账号，顺利订到。怎么解释？？？？ 2、作为会员，check in时没有任何迎宾饮料。上次入住有饮料有零食，这次什么都没有。怎么解释？？？

位于丹娜绕酒店群之中、规模比较大的一家酒店，地图上看，这家的泳池最大（还有一个仅供成人的泳池，因为带着孩子没去）。绝大多数都是澳洲来度假的，泳池从早到晚都很热闹，1个冲水滑梯很受小朋友们的喜爱。夜景很美，但是沙滩质量一般，几乎没人下水，有一些水上运动可以参加。好的沙滩还是要出海，而这里离丹娜绕港口很近，走着也就15分钟，shuttle bus需要买票，单日票8FJD/人，儿童免票。也许是假期人多，一早7点的航班，问了3次，还是一直到下午1点多才入住，右翼1F的豪华房，有直通海滩的玻璃门，内部装饰有当地风情，卫浴都是Fiji pure，不过没有牙具，卫生间真心小。一直没适应服务人员的英语，也许因此，无论是咨询还是早餐，感觉服务都有点冷谈；同时，V restaurant晚餐仅成人，儿童有点尴尬；自助餐种类，相比国内的5星级，也少的可怜，几圈吃下来，最喜欢海边的Salt，A佳卡都可以打折。
