We understand your concerns regarding the bond charge. Please know that the $400 NZD pre-authorization is a standard policy intended to cover incidental costs and is released after check-out; however, the timing of the release can vary depending on your bank. If you’re still waiting on the funds, we would be happy to assist by following up with your bank or providing a release confirmation. We also apologize for the initial error in your Accor group member rate. We're glad our team was able to resolve this during your stay, but we completely understand how this could have caused frustration, and we appreciate your patience at the time. Lastly, we’re sorry to hear that the air conditioning was disruptive to your rest. Our maintenance team has been notified to look into this issue to prevent future inconvenience for our guests. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve our service. While we regret that your experience was not a positive one, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
