easy to find from Metro station, and good if you want to be near Parc de Prince (PSG football stadium) or Roland Garros tennis complex. very friendly staff seemed a nice area with bars and restaurants around the corner plus convenience stores Compact room, but did the job Clean which is always nice!

Used this as my base to Roland Garros for a week.......... perfect... Cafes, banks, groceries, all within mere brief stepping distance... Staff very kind/helpful to modest French language user... Yes, even a Starbucks within a kilometer.

We chose this hotel because it is about 30 mins walk from Roland Garros, and also very close to a Métro station. Hotel was modern, clean and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was good, with gluten free rolls on request. The only negative point was lack of a safe in the room.

After a bad experience in a different hotel, I was extremely happy to walk in to a a clean, friendly hotel which is very convenient for the office. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean.A+

We went to the French Open Tennis for the second year and stayed at this friendly IBIS nearby. The staff are very helpful and efficient and with the lovely bistro 'De La Ferme' opposite, all our needs were catered for.

Hotel is tiny - comfortable rooms, but bathroom VERY cramped - not the usual standard for an IBIS. Weekend price is bearable, but midweek, it is far too expensive for what you get. Breakfast is good, but again the breakfast room is far too small, and there is no restaurant or bar. Overall, VERY disappointing

This medium sized hotel is located in the 16th arr. With a metro stop just around the corner. Near the Seine and the lovely museum of ceramics. Friendly staff, and good value for money, the only little minus point for me was the size of the room, because i travelled alone it was not really a big issue, but when staying in it with more then one it will get a bit crowded perhapse.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. The hotel is in good location and nice suburb being walking distance The service was lousy.... Window in room couldn't be opened and it was not attended to after reporting. Cooling aircon niot working properly either. When asked for kettle, non provided, when asked for hot water, answer was no again. Just wonder what service it is.. Understand the rates are cheap and has no expectation of big rooms but never thought that they are so mean .... Not even a glass of hit water when there is a kitchen near the office fir staff and a self service restaurant.

My goal was to visit both Versailles and Paris city centre. The hotel served my needs perfectly. There was a metro station (M9) at the end of the street and the bus to Versailles was only a short walk away at Pont de Sevres. The neighbourhood was clean and felt very safe, and being August it was free to park my car in the street (directly opposite the hotel entrance). Outside of August this might prove quite expensive, and the hotel only has a small number of paid parking places at a nearby carpark. If you have to park in the street however and there is no place near the hotel be advised that beyond the hotel there is a maze of one-way streets. The hotel itself is in an old building, but it doesn't feel shabby at all. The rooms are small but perfectly functional and the bathroom was clean and well laid out. I never tried the buffet breakfast because for much less than 9.50€ you can get a good breakfast elsewhere. The staff were friendly, not entirely competent but all had a good nature. Most rooms are non-smoking and on my floor there weren't any smoking rooms. I never heard a peep out of the neighbouring rooms, and slept very well on an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air-con is also provided and is relatively quiet. Overall paying €169 for a 3 night stay in Paris in the height of summer, in a hotel that served my purposes, seemed like very good value for money.
