Bad hotel experience ever had

The attitude of the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. They were rude and had poor communication skills. A friend of mine invited me to deliver something. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff member named Brahim arranged for a security guard to accompany me and even prohibited me from entering the room, without policy supported. This is extremely insulting. Such treatment is completely unjustified and made me feel highly disrespected. Moreover, the hotel's hygiene standards are severely lacking. The rooms were not clean, with dust visible on various surfaces and the bathroom was not properly sanitized.
