Krishna was a great help getting me a seat and ensuring I had a relaxed and I disturbed breakfast, even though I arrived just as service was ending. Super helpful. The home made marmalade was outstanding too, really took me back to memories of my grandmother’s.

This was my first time staying here, and I came down for breakfast feeling a bit unsure. However, the reception staff in the dining room—especially Krishna—were incredibly helpful and welcoming. He took the time to explain the food options available, where to enjoy them, and reassured me that someone would take care of my coffee. Today, I also had the pleasure of meeting Harpreet, who looked after my coffee with great attentiveness and warmth. Overall, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the breakfast menu offers a wonderful variety of choices, making the entire experience truly enjoyable.

We stayed here with our 9 month old and everything was catered for. For dinner the chef took items off the menu our son could eat and prepared them in safe cuts. Then at breakfast Angela made us very comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect for us and our son. He had yogurt, fruit, omelette peanut butter on toast, it was a great variety. The room we booked was a suite with a travel cot, it was perfect as a family so our son could be in the room next to us so we didn’t disturb him. My only negative feedback with the room would be the aircon didn’t really seem to cool the room. This hotel has direct access to the terminal so no hassle at all.

The welcome at reception by Aartee was excellent….always first impressions, more hotels she be welcoming as you arrive. A good start to my visit
