Unfortunately our plans were unexpectedly changed due to ill health. We contacted Alisha Vas who was excellent. She amended our booking as a gesture of goodwill and did this very effeciently - what a first class service, we would definately recommend Sofitel Heathrow on the basis of their excellent approach and flexibility.

Excellent service. Really pleasant staff who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast. Great choice. Fabulous freshly cooked omelette. Angela our waitress was especially helpful and so courteous.

I already know that the Sofitel is a fabulous hotel to stay and a great location to deliver corporate events. However they have increased in my estimation yet again. Alisha Vas has been fantastic at dealing with a booking query and she dealt with it with sensitivity and kindness and it is so appreciated when life is feeling challenging at the moment. Thank you!

From checking in with Sanjoy, bags delivered to my spotless room, wonderful dinner at La Belle Epoque and super breakfast with Krishna and Aga in attendance, my experience was excellent as usual

This is a favourite hotel of mine when it comes to airports. This time my wife had injured her back on holiday and we missed our connection through Heathrow to Belfast due to a passenger taking ill on the plane, and having to be disembarked. British Airways were excellent through it all and we were given a room overnight at the Sofitel. The guy at reception, Jude, was absolutely wonderful in helping us with sound advice. We were given an accessible room and a meal was provided which was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful. Top marks to the Sofitel, which will always get our business at Heathrow.
