I’ve been here several times & in all honesty they’re brilliant! In the past I got contacted by even their GM Alessandro for a minor issue which to me shows they care about their customers. On each stay the breakfast is absolutely fantastic! High standards as staff are highly attentive (clear my table after I finish a plate, always bring my coffee) Krishna is a friendly waiter & genuinely makes an effort! & I’m pleased with his top service. In the past the staff were helpful when I needed to park. Anyhow the hotel room I got in past 2 stays have been excellent & peaceful! Spacious room & no noise - super quiet. Reception staff are friendly. If prices stay reasonable I’d likely make this the 1st choice during my business trips😀😀😀

The Heathrow T5 Sofitel hotel was the perfect way for us to start our holiday. From the friendly welcome at Reception, the upgraded room (complimentary) and the breakfast, I could not fault a thing. The short walk to T5 destresses the airport experience too. Massive shout-out to Angela who was very attentive at breakfast.

Excellent and unbelievably convenient for Termjnal 5. Check in staff were superb and very friendly. And our Room service experience, served by the lovely Noor, was great too. Perfect stop over before an early morning flight. One very minor gripe is that there were no sockets for phone charging by the bed. Other than that. Top rate.
