Best Breakfast we’ve ever been served. Chef is excellent, friendly and extremely efficient as was the male staff member. Outlook from rooms is beautiful. Unfortunately there was an error with our booking and we had a very long walk from the Disabled Carpark to our room with all the equipment my mother requires. All in all we loved our stay and will visit again.

Very dated and didn’t feel clean at all. Staff were not very friendly and no one asked us how our stay was when checking out. Our room wasnt properly serviced either. Beds remained unmade and clean towels were left in varying places in the apartment. The spa pool wasn’t working which I was told was the case for awhile which is annoying as we were looking forward to it. Seems attention and care is paid to the golf course only. When we ventured into the bar, the person on duty greeted us and that was the only time he spoke to us while serving us. He didn’t seem interested in being there. Furniture in the rooms was saggy and uncomfortable.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating both at Reception and in the restaurant particularly as we booked on the road and had an after hours check in. Very easy to access just off the highway (useful for out of towners late at night). There was a good menu selection in the restaurant and meals were what I'd call good club meals (loved the soup choice for winter). We stayed in a studio room which while quite functional was looking a bit tired.

Excellent place to stay for a night or more.

On a week long visit to W.A. we stayed two different nights at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is of a high standard. Just be mindful that the meals can be extremely large, depending what you order. Still of a very high standard.

Dined at the restaurant but didn’t stay in accommodation as we live locally. Ordered Basque Cheesecake for desert. It was dry with a black burnt crust on top and side, but most importantly so dry it was unpalatable. Waitress discussed with chef who confirmed that was how it was supposed to be. I was offered a replacement and declined as my wife had finished eating. They still charged me for the item. It will be a long time, if ever, I return to this restaurant.
