Hotel is fine and within what you would expect from a Novotel, just a little bit outdated (for my taste) Else everything you can expect was here. In the superior room, you also have a couch to sit around and relax. TV may be a bit small for some. Food at the restaurant was ok.

Good hotel - terrible staff & service. Even the free water, they want to charge me the same. Front office is informing me that the water is chargeable, on the other hand room service informed that the water is free of charge from the housekeeping. Since i stayed in several hotels worldwide, specially Accor, so they have to enhance the training of the staff, specially the managers to be able to be good example for the junior ones.

Conveniently located hotel in centre Tunis recommended for business visits, with comfortable rooms, offering good Wi-Fi connectivity throughout hotel as well. Good & friendly service & staff. Lovely SkyBar & pool on top floor too.

The room was always clean and the breakfast is superb. I was fortunate as i had got on well with Mohammed Testouri and he looked after me. I could only speak in english and Mohamed understood and spoke English. The hotel has friendly staff and from those who work in the restaurant to cleaners to security were all firendly and helpful.
Central hotel suitable for meetings but ladies don't get your bikini waxed there

I made a reservation to stay here this summer as I was arriving late at night and the hotel is just a 15 minute ride from the airport and is the most convenient place to stay but then my plans changed and I cancelled the reservation. However, I had some memories from my previous stays there in October and November 2017 when I had the worst ever bikini wax in their spa. The beds were also not up to the usual Novotel standard. I also remember asking the waiter several times for pasta al dente and checking that the pasta would be made for my order and not pre-cooked, he assured me it wouldn't be pre-cooked but it was. When I returned a week later I went to the kitchen myself to ask the chef to make me pasta al dente and it was much better. I also asked for conditioner and body lotion which the receptionist told me they didn't have yet I got it the next day from the housekeeper. At breakfast the waiter told me there was no tea until I pointed out the sachets of tea on a nearby table. I also remember them insisting on calling a taxi for me from the taxi stand round the corner to go to the airport and then being ripped off by the driver who said he had to give the hotel a commission. This summer I went there for several meetings in the lobby which was usually peaceful except at lunchtimes. The service in the lobby bar and restaurant was good. The hotel was clean and their was hand sanitizer everywhere but some toilets on the mezzanine level were out of order. I went up to the roof to have a look at the tiny unheated pool which you can't actually swim in as it's so small.
