El chico que nos recibió en el check Inn fue poco cortes, quizás es porque era muy joven y su inexperiencia lo hace no tener manejo de clientes. Nos preguntó 4 veces por nuestra reserva. Estuve en 10 países y muchos hoteles (estuvimos viajando dos meses), y creo que este fue el hotel que menos nos gusto de todos, el personal no es amable y después de viajar muchas horas en avión llegar al lugar y que no tengan lista tu reserva incluso discutiendo que no tenemos desayuno incluido cuando le dije que si lo teníamos no me agrado nada. Después llegamos a la habitación y era una sauna. Realmente era imposible poder estar ahí con el calor que había en la habitación, resulta que no tenían aire acondicionado. Es un hotel de paso, no para tener una experiencia en las vacaciones.

Hotel bien ubicada, cerca del Marmaray y con unas vistas espectaculars al mar de Marmara. Buen desayuno y buena piscina para sufocar el calor de Estambul. El personal muy atents y amable.
