Hotel muy básico, hubiera sido estupendo tener una mejora de habitación teniendo en cuenta el estatus Gold. No reservaría en ese hotel nuevamente se siente demasiado el olor a cigarrillo en los pasillos e incluso en la habitación. La zona de la recepción es buena.

primero que todo, 3 jorss antes me dí cuenta habíam cancelado la reserva (cuando estaba mirando en Barajas como llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto), el jefe no tenia explicación, me ofrecieron otra a otro precio mas alto por supuesto. De los 7 dias que estuve, tres no hicieron la habitación. El shuttle que ofrecen siempre está lleno por los pasajeros de Novotel, con quienes lo comparten, a y les dan la preferencia. Cuando reclamé, incluso por escrito, se hacen como que no entienden y siguen atendiendo otra persona. Encontrar al jefe es un milagro. En el restoran autoservicio, el personal toma los alimentos co la mano Pésima experiencia!!!!! Hace 15 años uso Accor y segunda vez que la paso mal, la anterior fue en Shangai..

La limpieza de la habitación mucho que decir el piso no lo han limpiado en los 7 día que estuvimos ahí, se me cae mucho el cabello y aún que soy cuidadosa siempre se cae, pues ya se inmaginaran y unas gotas de algo que había a lado de la cama estuvieron ahí todo el tiempo poniéndose negras cada día más. De Lo demas bien.
