5- Being that the ambience was amazing starting from having a long table for my friends and I to hang out and chat. The music was amazing for the atmosphere. Cocktail was good has a mojitos.

Literally the best getaway I’ve had in months!! The staff were so genuine and welcoming, always willing to help and give recommendations and directions!!! Anthony was especially helpful during our stay!! Always there when we needed him and so willing to help!! I will definitely be coming again and recommending Novotel to friends and family.

Novotel Cardiff is a wonderful little hotel, great atmosphere and currently beautifully decorated for Christmas. Anthony was also a great addition to the visit, he was kind, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a good visit. The bar in the lobby had great music and was the highlight of the trip
