Arrived very early and asked to store our luggage, the staff very accommodating and informed us our room was ready, that was a huge bonus in itself. The room was in the 7th floor with the biggest balcony I have ever had. The room itself was clean and spacious , decent sized powerful shower, bed very comfy too. Room cleaned daily, clean towels daily absolutely no complaints there. Breakfast was average, adequate however getting a coffee was rather challenging , 1 person serving each day and if a tour group is breakfasting it’s just not worth queuing up to grab a quick drink, last day we didn’t bother. So only thing I would suggest is change the way you serve coffee. Very central to everything, under 10 minutes walk to the opera house and that’s as central as you get. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Did not use the bar or restaurant.

Stayed for 2 night as part of a tour group . Not as “ central “ as we had be lead to believe, the area around looked a bit unkempt . Typical chain hotel , we found the beds to be very hard but I did get a walk in shower that our tour company had requested. Breakfast was ok , just the usual continental selection. We didn’t have any other meals here .

1. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. There were no questions with the room change though. 2. The floors weren't washed everyday. 3. There were holes in the pillow cases. 4. The wall in the room on top of the bathroom was dirty with old splashes. 5. There was a sewerage smell coming from shower in 3 rooms that we changed. 6. In one room the conditioner weren't wroking properly and there was a wierd smell. 7. The egg was definitely rotten once at breakfast. 8. There was always a queue for the coffee. 9. The staff was quite nice.

Booked this as it looked great on the app, however when we checked in we had to stay in an office building on Via Roma on the 5th floor which was noisy and not a great experience. The building manager kept yelling at us to not touch the glass, walk on this side etc he was quite intimidating! Hotel breakfast was amazing. Can’t say I will be back again.

Very bad, very hot no air conditioning with bad customer service

Do not stay in this hotel...their air conditioning is controlled from the reception and they do not turn it on. I am suffering last two days with no air conditioning while temperature is over 100F. If you ask them, they pretend like they would turn it on but no air is coming. Since its a group tour I had to stay in this low level service hotel, otherwise I would have not selected it. If you want to burn and sweat I this summer heat wave,you can stay here!
