Arrived at the hotel and was greet like a criminal as I appearantly parked the car wrong…. Reception staff very i friendly, no welcome, no explanation of status recogniction (Diamond). Just terribile and unfriendly. Rooms were Ok ( new building)

This hotel should be related from a 4* to a 2*. The reception staff were rude and extremely arrogant. , I advised one gentleman on reception of the disgusting state of our sheets to be given a shrugg shoulder.

Awful hotel

Clean common areas. However bedrooms are neglected. Very dusty. Moldy in the bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable. Worst few nights I’ve had in a hotel actually. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. They shouldn’t be accepting money from people for the state of the rooms. Breakfast also lacking hot options. Hotel should be shut down to allow cleaning and updating and brought to standard. Should be rated a 2 star hotel at best.

I hv platinum Accor card , may be that’s why we were accommodated in a building next to the hotel , but the security of that building was not optimal : there is a sliding door to the street to be opened by the card , and the door is closing first after 20 seconds !! There is a lot of time for a stranger to follow and to enter there … and later on no security , no reception , not necessary to use room card to lift, at any case stairs were free …not necessary to use lift …. I mentioned at the reception : „We will check the time …“ And Nothing happened … We arrived around 00:20 in hotel , as I had free drinks , asked for 2 glasses of wine , to have a drink in room before going to sleep, „Bar closed , go there „ and showing with hand , in a not polite way , to the street ??????????? I asked „how he is talking to us“ (27.07- a person with beard) and I tried to explain , in all Accor hotels , if bar is closed , as we are old customer , reception staff is always so polite , to go to bar and to serve one drink .. But the way how he was acting ,.. below any standard …

Public areas good – room a complete letdown: Not Mercure standard.

The contrast between the public areas and the room was like night and day. While the staff at reception, the bar, and the restaurant were friendly and the breakfast was good, the noise level in the restaurant/breakfast area was extremely high – clearly due to a lack of soundproofing. Even our Italian tour guide found it hard to believe. On the way to our room on the first floor, we had to pass through what felt like a “deep-frying tunnel.” After just 15 meters, our clothes already smelled unpleasantly of fried food – very off-putting. The room itself was spacious but completely outdated. It felt dark and gloomy, with a cheap wardrobe, a dark painting, and a safe that couldn’t even fit an iPad. There wasn’t a single item in the room that gave a sense of comfort or style. Strangely enough, the bathroom was nicer than the room itself – something we rarely experience. In the bath the socket was dangerously falling apart and the toilet brush was the most dirty one I ever saw. The air conditioning only had two settings: on or off – no way to adjust the temperature. The balcony, enclosed by three frosted glass panels, faced what seemed to be the hotel’s workshop, where noisy machinery was often in use. Definitely not a place to relax. Had we not been part of a tour group, we would have left immediately. This hotel in no way lives up to the usual Mercure standards.
