My family stays at Sofitel every year when visiting Fiji. Each year the experience is just as memorable as the last. It's so nice to revisit the same friendly faces of the staff and to experience their consistent great service. This year we booked the kids into the NIU Kids club for the day (lunch & drinks menu all sorted by the hotel) and took advantage of a grown ups day off. We relaxed at Waitui for a couple of hours enjoying delicious cocktails, got pampered with massages, manicures & pedicures at their in house Salon & then enjoyed a stunning sunset..... (with more cocktails) 😁 at fabulous Solis. The live music by local artists perfectly complimented an already perfect evening. By the time we picked up the kids they were ready for bed after an active and entertaining day. The family flies out tomorrow with the excitement of knowing that they will be coming back home to Sofitel next year. 2025 is already booked. 😁😁😁😁. Sota Tale!!!!!

This was our second stay at the Waitui Club, only this time for 10 nights. This holiday was all about relaxation and didn't we thoroughly enjoy it. From the moment that we checked in at the Bula club, Nadi airport until check out it was superb, a very big Vinaka to All the staff. So what really made the stay, the Bula and smiling faces throughout the whole day and not to mention the guests that we met and had drinks with from Aus and Aotearoa (NZ) many of which are return guests like us. The staff in all areas are only to willing to help you have a magic time, ask and you shall receive. We shall return.

The most amazing hotel complex. Staff were super friendly and so attentive. Very welcoming- nothing was a bother. Great food in all the hotel bars. Cocktails to die for. The spa was so peaceful and relaxing and I went home feeling a million dollars. Can’t wait till I go back again. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff.

On the day of our stay, the reception staff did not provide information about the details of opening hours or benefits available to Platinum guests as thoroughly as we would have liked. We were unaware of important information about the hotel's facilities and timings until the next day when we received detailed information from a staff member in the restaurant named “Payal” She was very kind and provided us with excellent information about the hotel's amenities. We dined at the hotel almost every meal, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. We particularly appreciated “Sela” and “Wame” for their attentive and friendly service. We would also like to thank the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff. We were very impressed with the Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel—it was delicious and had excellent service. We believe that the hotel should train the reception staff to be more customer-friendly, avoid being aloof, and refrain from showing negative expressions and attitudes toward guests. Finally, we want to thank Brooke for making our stay and birthday celebration memorable. Despite the various issues we encountered, we were generally impressed with the service here, especially in the hotel’s dining areas.

Bazaar Kitchen & Bar Staff very attentive and the food range doesn't disappoint. Something for everyone and reasonably priced. Thanks Kula and Selae! We visited on Italian night and the chefs cooked the meat and fish to order. Dessert menu range was extensive!
