The sofitel bula lounge at the airport was great. They gave us such a warm welcome to Fiji and then assisted us with a quick and easy check in process, while the kids had a nice cold drink. After check-in, they gave us a rundown of the whole resort and everything that was included in our stay. The team were fantastic and we highly recommend their service.

Magnificent resort that a soon as you arrive you are made so welcome as part of their family. The most beautiful place when you walk into the resort everything is so well appointed,the staff are amazing the friendliest people I have ever met right throughout the entire resort from hospitality,cleaning and ground staff every time would welcome you with a smile and bulla . Pool areas were great and catered for everyone, dining options are plentiful and the rooms are very clean and of a good size, laundry service available and very quick. All in all just a great place, just remember that you are on Fiji time very friendly but not in a hurry.

Poor service at this resort and unwelcoming due to being day guests. Security people were less than polite,and it seems they don't want the day tourist to dine at their restaurants. Other Resorts more welcoming and happy to accept you for dinner or casual dining.

Fiji as a destination is currently operating in its peak season and therefore at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, we do not extend day passes for external guests during this time. This measure taken ensures that our in-house guest receive the best possible service and stay experience. We do hope you travelled home safely. Vinaka, Sofitel Team

Arriving at Nadi Airport for the first time we were greeted at the Bula lounge by Waisea and Luke. The best experience!!! So friendly and helpful and such a beautiful touch to the beginning of our holiday. We were treated like their personal friends. The transfer to the hotel was great with the driver so friendly and hospitable. This was a memorable experience.
