Vilimaina was so lovely and friendly always greeting us by name when either walking by or dropping in our washing. Our washing was always returned beautifully cared for and smelling amazing. Vilimaina really takes pride in her work and is an asset to this resort.

Vilimaina was fantastic. She was very helpful and did an amazing job. I can’t recommend her enough. We will be using her again when we come back and stay at the hotel. She took out all the stains from our clothes. The clothes came back pristine.

Merewalesi provided our family with great service with our pillow selections. She explain to us all the different types they had, and we were also able to exchange if we weren't happy the next day. Best thing was, this service was free. Highly recommended!

This was our 8th visit to Fiji and our third staying at the Sofitel. We visited along with family friends and had 6 children combined. Our trip was unlike other times visiting the resort. We were extremely upset to see that Wise Banana and others are no longer in the kids club. Wise is what has kept us visiting the Sofitel. The entire dynamic has shifted. Our children no longer wanted to attend Kids club which made for a very different trip for us. As a diamond Accor member the drop in discount on food was also noticed. Highlights included our wonderful laundry lady Vili Maina. Super helpful. The new Vietnamese restaurant is delicious. If changes are to continue we would not be rushing back next year.

Each of our ambassadors are motivated to ensure our littlest guests have a fun and enjoyable stay. Wise certainly is a great asset and can be seen poolside assisting with face painting and the running of our activities schedule. Madame So, our Vietnamese Restaurant, certainly has been a great addition to our food and beverage offerings and we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed it. We do hope you travelled home safely. We recently stayed at an oceanfront hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was absolutely perfect – just steps from the ocean, with a breathtaking view of the water from my room. Waking up to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure every detail of our stay was impeccable. Our room was spacious, clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food made with fresh, local ingredients. Dining overlooking the ocean made every meal special. The hotel also offered a variety of activities, it was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to go back!
