Absolutely love Novotel Nadi! We travel to Fiji from Aus every 2 years and always stay here! If you’re expecting a 5 star resort then you will have to pay the $700+aud per night, but for the price Novotel takes the cake! All the staff are like second family now and it’s our home away from home! Very safe, clean big pool and friendly island vibe! Also buffet breakfast is great!

Avoid !!! Don’t book up anything! They will add extra costs!! The breakfast! Ordinary! They seem to have more problems than the early settlers! These have been ongoing issues! over the past 12 months! @ least .

Had buffet dinner with friends on NY 2025-26. Awesome spread. Every dish had a balance, not bland or tasteless. Lobster, crab, prawns, kokoda, mussels, sausage, lamb chops, crusted beef steak, pizza, tandoori chicken, nasi goreng, assorted salads, grill fish, selection of cakes... worth the value. Should make these a regular and weekly buffet

Novotel , brand has deceived us . The rooms are very old , AC was not working . Photos are deceiving. Games - TT , pool are old boards.

This includes upgrades to guest rooms, air-conditioning systems, and recreational facilities. These improvements are intended to significantly enhance the overall guest experience and align the hotel more closely with brand standards. The place is absolutely terrible. We checked in and back out again within 20 minutes. We didn't even occupy the room or use anything in it. It's an old, run down, grotty and very poorly maintained property The air-conditioning in the room didn't work. The furnishings are decrepit and falling apart. The bathroom exhaust fan rattles and vibrated, sounding like a truck. We were to stay one night on our return from the Coral coast. It was booked by Flight Centre. The Novotel flatly and very bluntly refused a refund. We moved to the Fiji Gateway hotel. Excellent. My advice would be to avoid the Novotel Nadi.
