Kamer was ok,parking auto kon veel beter buiten tussen de bomen moeten parkeren op onbewaakte straat

geen water in de kamer - pas na vraag een toelichting gekregen waar ik nog nooit had van gehoord - in de bar onervaren personeel - kwaliteit van het ontbijt gaat er sterk op achteruit koffie is doodeenvoudig slecht warme voeding staat gewoon leeg ik overweeg dit hotel niet meer te boeken

We do not put bottles of water in our minibars anymore, but there is a note explaining that we have water carafes at the reception that you can fill in the lobby or the fitness at our water fountains. Regarding our buffet breakfast the coffee is the same and we respect the brand's standards. The products we offer on our buffet breakfasts are the ones recommended by Novotel.
