Dear Marisa B, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am a little bit confudes about the review. We never have a room rate of € 600 / night, so we are not sure if we are talking about the same hotel. Also, we have no rooms in the ground floor and no rooms, which you access through a bar, which we also do not have. Strange... Perhaps you try us during your next stay in Munich. Indeed we do not have an own restaurant, but offer beside the Mini Market with Drinks and Snacks also a 24/7 wending machine. Otherwise, there are few restaurants around the hotel. Dear Mrs Vandermoere, it is really a shame, that you post your bad review about our hotel in every media, although you never visited our hotel. You have reserved your room in our hotel, the Ibis Budget Munich East Messe. It is not our fault, that you were not able to use your Iphone Mail or Safari. Just to mention beside, there is not exisiting an Ibis Suite Munchen Ost Messe. We prepared everything for your stay last saturday, our team was awaiting your arrival till late at night. You could have taken the opportunity to call our hotel, the phone number, as well as the correct address is in every reservation confirmation. So just to make clear: Our hotel is not closed, even not during the lockdown time. For this reason, your review is not usable for our management team. Kind regards, Sanjeev Wasan
