Rooms are small and short of space, our key cards didnt work in two lifts, third one successful with one of our cards. New towels needed, very tough. Quiet rooms and clean, though no fridge. 24-hr snack bar extremely limited, but breakfast and self service lunch very good and reasonably priced.

check in was made by 2 pm on sep 6. No water in the apartment. Many complaints all afternoon and night. By 11 pm we were transfered to an apartment with water but not clean. By 1 pm a couple of guests entered the apartment - they have received keys for the same apartment. Management offered a compensation in the valeu we paid for 3 nights (R$ 803) - so far - nothing. No answer, no money. Bad luck for us.

The hotel is simple but an excellent choice if you want a place to sleep. The bed is comfortable so are sheets and blankets, however the towels were very olds (so thin we could see through it). I’ve stayed in other budget and that was never problem, so I was very surprised by it. Anyway, as its part of a hotel chain, I believe those problems can easily be solved. It´s a place I would stay again. (Review originally written in English.)

This hotel is not prepared for attend families, even small families. I got a big room for two adults and one kid, but the crew is not prepared to serve children on the breakfast were they charge full price. No extra towels for children, everything I need for the child I had to ask and paid extra.
