This hotel was booked as a group with other colleagues as we were attending an expo at the convention centre across the road. When arriving at the hotel I was allocated a room on the top floor. The room itself was large and the bathroom had been recently updated. When entering the room it was extremely hot and I attempted to adjust the temperature however there was only low/medium/high, you could not adjust the temperature itself. You could only adjust the fan speed. It was already on high when I entered the room I called reception and they offered to move me to an alternate room. I was then allocated a room on the 3rd floor. Again the room was large and the bathroom had been updated. The air conditioning in this room again was not working correctly and when I walked into the bathroom I was greeted with a non-slip mat within the bath that was black/brown and looked like it had mould. I went down to the reception and handed back my keys and left the hotel. I booked an alternate Accor hotel while my colleagues remained at the hotel however they also had issues with their rooms and needed to be moved due to no air conditioning and mould. When it is due to be 35 & 37 degrees while staying in ADL air conditioning is a MUST! As I booked via the Accor App the team were kind enough to refund my stay.

This is an old hotel that has been renovated thus doesn't have the fancy stuff newer, and far more expensive hotels have. Comfo

Great address for exploring the city. Staff are friendly but do not explain costs very well. Parking is a rip off/very overpriced. Hotel may be doing Reno's but does not have a good feel. Air-conditioner was very noisey, could not adjust & very inefficient. Room was stuffy & in need of a good airing. On first look, seemed clean but don't look too close! AS WITH ALL ADELAIDE HOTELS, OVER PRICED FOR A ROOM TO LAY YOUR HEAD & STORE YOUR SUITCASE.
