Oda geniş ve yeterliydi ancak elbise yerleştirmek için dolap - çekmece olmaması büyük eksiklik . Odada terlik yoktu , istedim , terlik 6. Kat ve yukarısına veriliyormuş , nasıl yani ? 4 yıldızlı bir otelde terlik yok mu ? Israr sonucu alabildim . Oda ısıtması yetersizdi . Rezervasyonumuzda dahil olduğu gözükmesine rağmen odada su yoktu . İstedik ama alamadık , su dahil değil dediler .Ne saçma ; odada su ısıtıcı var , çay var , kahve var , su yok ! Üstelik rezervasyonda gözükmesine rağmen ! Hoşgeldiniz içeceklerimizin birini alabildik . Türkçe aplikasyondan anlaşılması zor oldu . Oysa bir kaç ay önce Viyana İbis otele girdiğimiz anda bize bir fiş vermiş , istediğiniz anda fişi vererek içebilirsiniz demişlerdi . Müşteri hoşgeldin içeceği peşinde koşmamalı . Girişte büyük sofalı bir oda size ayarlanmış , şanslısınız dediler . Hayır , ne şansı , ben zaten büyük sofalı bir oda tutmuştum . Açıkçası fiziki şartları güzel gerisi garip bir konaklama oldu .

The reception and breakfast is shared with Greet hotel that has no star. The 4 star attention and experience is finished since it is impossible to differentiate 4 star from no star customers. The rooms are good renovated but basic. The breakfast plates are most of them damaged and the place is crowded.

Hotel room was ok .. Booked a Queen room but it was quiet small to be honest... Sound proof windows which is needed because of the bypass constantly in use and constant Syrians ... The area is disgusting a lot of fly tipping and i mean alot and people urinating on the street which i thought was Grose. The metro and tram service very good and reasonable priced and often and basically runs through the night.. Back to Hotel .. Paper cups if you want to make a coffee, |Room cleaned every day which was nice... Would i stay here again ...HELL NO !!!!!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this hotel. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, check in and check out were super quick and easy. Rooms were modern and clean, comfy beds, smart tv. Plenty of towels which were renewed each day. We even had a view of the eiffel tower. The only bad thing i have to say is the area is not suitable for tourists. We booked this hotel as a cheaper alternative. Even though the hotel itself was perfect, i unfortunately would not return as the surrounding areas felt quite unsafe for 2 young girls. I will also say if you have never experienced any sort of metro systems this hotel is not a great option. We found it very stressful getting from the hotel to the centre that we ended up getting Ubers every day which cost around £18 for one trip. There is plenty around the area such as a lidl, mcdonald’s, kfc however note that no one in this area speaks english due to it not being a touristy area. All in all if your looking for a cheaper place to say and feel you can understand the metro system easily it is a great option.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. We got a room on the top floor at the end of a corridor so it was lovely and quiet. The room itself was very large and clean with everything we needed. The location was great, only a 10 minute walk to a metro station that was then very easy to get into the city center
