Please DO NOT BOOK. A/C not working and they don't care. Of course they offer you a fan and the window handle/key to "make your stay better"

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WE DID NOT SLEEP IN THE SCORCHING ROOM.

If I could give this hotel less than zero stars, I would. They did not inform us that there was no AC in the scorching heat. I was there for a very important tournament and I could not sleep so I didn’t perform well. We didn’t stay for breakfast because it was just too hot everywhere. We arrived early so they could have informed us that there is no air conditioning but they didn’t. They deceived us and we checked in. We did not sleep the entire night. they are now refusing to refund. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

The worst experience ever with this hotel. The AC is not working since one month and still they are taking bookings. Also , no information provided about it anywhere. Even they do not provide water. Even no glasses were provided. Reusable glasses were given that too very small one's. Kindly do not waste your money on such thugs. Novotel chain itself is not worthy staying.

I recommend this hotel for families with children. The room was fairly spacious, the beds were comfortable enough, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast at Novotel was average. On weekends, it felt quite chaotic, and the staff seemed undertrained and disorganized. The availability of paid parking is a plus, and the hotel has decent access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The main area for improvement would be the staff — better training and organization would make a big difference.

The reception and breakfast is shared with Greet hotel that has no star. The 4 star attention and experience is finished since it is impossible to differentiate 4 star from no star customers. The rooms are good renovated but basic. The breakfast plates are most of them damaged and the place is crowded.
