I want to express my sincere gratitude to one of the staff members, Ezequiel. I mistakenly threw away the PIN code for my Spanish SIM card on the second day of my trip in Malaga and couldn’t retrieve it by calling customer service because I don’t speak the language. Feeling gutted, I rushed down to reception at 11 pm hoping someone could at least help me get through the initial questions on the customer service line. Instead, Ezequiel went above and beyond, he immediately offered to help, used his own phone to assist, spoke to the service team on my behalf, and got my PIN back! I can’t thank him enough!!!!!!

A really good and basic place. Such a good location into Malaga old town and totally functional facilities. Rooms were simple but recently renovated. Breakfast very good value and staff were welcoming / helpful. Really good value and I’d recommend if you need somewhere well located for a few days.

Nice hotel near the city center and the harbor. I travelled for business. The room was clean and nice and the WiFi quality was also good. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and the personnel was kind and helpful. For me it is “value for money”.

Stayed for two nights midweek in October. Excellent location just across the river from the old quarter. Some disturbance when a siren goes past the hotel but otherwise not too much traffic noise. Room is functional - no tea and coffee like in UK and limited storage space but comfortable bed, comfortable temperature, good shower and at least three English TV news channels. Better than expected continental breakfast - cereals, breads, fruit, cheese, cold meats, Spanish omelette, pastries, cooked bacon and scrambled egg. Didn't use the bar but did use the luggage storage on checkout day. I think there was parking in the basement.
