We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Family of 4 in 2 rooms. Reception at check in readily accommodated our request for a better room view. Although staff can be more courteous to guests. Resto attendant , Mutya, was very friendly and gracious to us. Room and amenities were clean and modern. Size of room can be bigger but good for 2 people. Proximity to mall and eating places was fantastic ! Gym was small but well equipped. Overall a happy experience for our family.

Excellent location, right next to the Messe as well as the U Bahn stop for quick transit to the center and airport shuttle. Nice clean room, comfy bed, well sorted conveniences, nice breakfast, good visit.

This is a decent property with some really nice people. Everything went well, but this is not a 4 star hotel, so set your expectations and all will be fine. The things that were not up to par and of concern..... 1. the bed and the pillows. not very good at all. 2. The cleanliness was average. 3. Sitting on the loo your left knee hits the wall. 4. you have to ask for refills of everything on the room service.

Отличное местоположение рядом с метро, удобно добираться в центр города. Надо почистить ковровое покрытие в коридорах и комнатах. Тапочки в номере привычная практика для отелей такого уровня, но в вашем они отсутствуют.

This hotel is convenient for the Munich Messe, but it's not the most comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable - and I had a note in my room to encourage me to 'Skip The Clean' to male a 'Positive Impact' and 'reduce my footprint'. I don't want clean linens or towels, so the only benefit is Novotel not having to pay someone to run the vacuum around, make the bed and fold the end of the loo roll into a little triangle!
