Room was large had a great air-conditioning the bed fantastic we had great sleep. The room attendants Miki and Ngurah were just great nothing was to much trouble & the room cleaned superbly each day they both deserve the accolade The only negative we have was when we wanted to hire a push bike we found the bikes dirty and not serviced seats torn and in one instance with a screw sticking through the seat.- we found very good bikes about 50 mtrs away on beach front for a bit less Apart from that small blemish our stay at Mercure was fantastic and very relaxing.

Nice hotell, but the toilet in the room is not working right. I have complaned 5 times, but nothing happen. The personal is ignoring my request, So that is bad service😥we have paid a lot for thise holliday. So we should have an wc in the room......................

We recently stayed at the Mercure Resort in Sanur and were impressed by the beautiful beachfront location. The resort is perfectly situated along a charming boulevard, ideal for leisurely walks and cycling while enjoying the stunning views. However, we found the rooms to be very outdated and not quite up to the standard we've come to expect from Accor properties. While the overall experience was pleasant, an upgrade to the rooms would definitely enhance the stay. If you're looking for a great location with easy beach access and lovely surroundings, this resort is a good choice. But if modern accommodations are a priority, you might want to explore other options. The breakfast is limited, not a lot of choice.

Set in gardens leading to the beach and yoga barn is all you could want position wise in Sanur. The price is right and the village type buildings blend into the setting. The room we had was with balcony overlooking the oval with the wonderful view of green and trees. The room is spacious and very clean. The only letdown is the bathroom which is dated. The breakfast in the spacious dining area by the beach and one of the swimming pools I s a comprehensive buffet. Service is great.Nothing is too much by the top class hotel team. A home away from home for us. We will fly back from Perth and stay again Chris and Anne Raeburn
