Het spijt ons te horen dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed en dat u verschillende aspecten van uw verblijf als teleurstellend heeft ervaren. Wij waarderen uw opmerkingen over de schoonmaak van de suite en de overlast door geluid. Het is belangrijk voor ons dat onze gasten een comfortabele en rustige omgeving ervaren. Uw opmerkingen over de turn down service en de badkamer zullen wij intern bespreken om ons aanbod te verbeteren.
