Hay, it's an Ibis. it's clean and comfortable. Cheap. easy parking. Great for stop over stays on the road. Staff are friendly and know there policy and procedure. You will get what you expect.

Dirty stained bathroom, water runs out the door of bathroom on to carpet. Filthy cobwebs and dirty windows Mosquitoes, no PowerPoint in bathroom.. Poor quality pillows. Checked in ahead of time and paid, but still Had to line up to collect keys, took ages with only one woman on desk doing everything even checking rooms. Will not return, noisy McDonalds in front .

Horrific! This hotel is a health hazard. I understand budget hotels don't come with all the services and amenities however, they should at least come with a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene. We experienced stained sheets, significant amounts of mould in the bathroom, significant amounts of hair in the bathroom, bodily fluids on numerous surfaces, dirty carpet and an uncleaned toilet. When raising these problems with management there was no apology or any care that their hotel was in this state. Please avoid this disgusting hotel.

As expected for the price the room was quite small and almost zero luxuries. The rear carpark was strewn with rubbish and lots to laundry to be picked up when we arrived. Terrible night's sleep as there were a group of people seemingly having a party in the breakfast room. We waited until midnight and then called the night manager who said she had already spoken to the group but they seemed to take little notice. It did go quiet about 1 am. First time as an Accor member that we have stayed in an IBIS Budget, won't be doing that again.

HOVEL! Smells like a urinal is dirty, stairs no elevator but they don’t tell u that till they have your money! Wouldn’t let my dog sleep here! Do yourself a favour keep driving or sleep in the car it will be cleaner and more comfortable!!!!!!!!!
