Arrived at midnight , due to emergencies at the airbnb. Room is very simple & basic. There isnt any a box of tissue available

Very bad experience at this Ibis in Reading. I am a VIP customer of the Ibis chain and, after staying more than three nights, I was treated in a disrespectful and misogynistic manner by a receptionist named Shibin. I was falsely accused of being drunk, despite having consumed no alcohol and simply trying to make a payment. The situation was so humiliating that my companion returned to the room crying and visibly distressed after the insults. It is disappointing that one employee can completely ruin an otherwise decent hotel. Unacceptable service. Be cautious when staying here.

I stayed for one night in this hotel. Location of the hotel is good, it's located in city centre nearby restaurants, take aways and super market. Staff was also kind and helpful. On negative is the tacky furniture, old decoration but the worst was the bathroom towel. My towel was not clean. This is not acceptable.

Very close to all amenities, especially train station.

The hotel is very close to reading station , literally 5 mins walk. Reception was very welcoming and checking in was extremely quick , our room was on the 10th floor and had everything required for our over night stay. No street noise as we looked out onto the back of the hotel, very comfy bed. Checking out was very easy , they’ll look after your bags if you’re checking out early.
