The hotel is very nice but i had some issues. During the first 2 days the card never opened the door at first time, i always had to return to reception (from the 4th floor) to get a new card. During the checkin my credit card was blocked with an amount much higher than the price of the room (136%) - and the room was already payed online before the stay (2 months earlier) and they didn't managed to fix that out. The mistake was made by younger staff that didnt do a correct welcome at the checkin and also didnt gave me correct information about the hotel. Much to improve here.
