ABDULLAH, A JEWEL OF NOVOTEL SUITES, ROISSY-EN-FRANCE, PARIS, 27 DECEMBER 2024: Thank God in His Name of Jesus, Amen! By now, recognising outstanding service staff members of the hotels and restaurants we patronise anywhere in the world has become a passion for my wife, Judge Angelina, our daughter Atty. Luisa, and myself, through the years. It is our conviction that honouring these men and women who work behind the scenes to make their guests comfortable and satisfied is but a simple way for us to repay their kindness and diligence. At the Novotel Suites in Roissy-en-France, at the Charles De Gaulle Airport, we found this outstanding hotel staff in the person of Abdullah, shown here in two of these pictures. Since we arrived from Strasbourg the other day to Novotel, Abdullah had been fully helpful and attentive and sensitive to our requests, helping us to get plates, utensils, removing the cork from our bottle of red wine, and even helping me remedy my problem about changing my sim card in my phone. I believe Novotel should be truly proud of Abdullah. Thank God for this!!! Novotel Roissy in France

Amazing hospitality by Mr Monsur at reception. Great efficiency during check in and he was kind to ensure I get the room quite quick. Also good food at the hotel which gives great experience. Overall good experience and surely would be coming back again here.

Thanks a lot to Mr. Monsur for the great service. All went well.. Just the breakfast was not as good as expected didn't have much to choose and was regularly out of stock on the few things that should be available. All staff was very kind and helpful.

Ok but not great. Staff at the entrance is very nice and try to be very hepful but staff at the restaurant is below average. We waited quite some time to order, to be served and to order again, despite the restaurant being only at 20% capacity. The room was small, air conditioning was barely functioning and their only option to help was to open the window, which faces the airport and the noise of planes. I had switched my booking from Campanile to Novotel to get a better experience, i was wrong.

if you are flying from CDG don't go there, shuttle not free and very inconvenient (don't drop you off at airport)

Their shuttle service is with a third party, can't reserve it though hotel and you need to pay, they don't drop you off/pick you up from airport but from a train ride away from airport called CDG Val (very inconvenient if you have luguage) so essentially you need to take both Shuttle and train to get in/off hotel. + there is NO SHUTTLE between 12-5 pm as if flights don't happen?? Rooms are old, bathrooms are old, carpet will give you allergies, food at hotel limited and very average (4-5 choices)...hotel so old you feel in a dormitory when in the corridors...lobby is well maintained and staff is nice
