Bonjour Monsieur S., Nous sommes très surpris par les impressions que vous partagez, qui ne correspondent ni aux standards de service que nous attendons de nos équipes ni aux retours habituellement formulés sur notre accueil. Nous vous présentons néanmoins toutes nos excuses si l’attitude de notre équipe de réception vous a semblé distante ou insuffisamment attentive. Même en l’absence d’attente, nous aurions effectivement dû vous accompagner spontanément dans l’utilisation de l’application pour votre boisson de bienvenue. Concernant la navette, celle-ci est opérée par un prestataire extérieur. Nous regrettons sincèrement le retard rencontré ainsi que le manque d’accompagnement que vous avez ressenti auprès de notre équipe. Votre retour sera partagé avec les services concernés afin de rappeler l’importance d’une information claire et d’une prise en charge attentive, notamment lorsqu’un dysfonctionnement survient. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you were unable to enjoy your breakfast. However, for both comfort and safety reasons, luggage is not permitted in the breakfast area. This rule is in place to ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all our guests. A luggage storage room is available at reception, allowing you to leave your belongings safely and fully enjoy the breakfast experience. I am truly sorry your stay did not meet your expectations — from the missing welcome water and delay in receiving a bottle, to the shower pressure, bed comfort, and room finishings.
