Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your stay at the Mercure Hotel Mannheim am Rathaus. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, the comfort of your stay and especially our varied breakfast selection. We also understand your disappointment regarding the television. Our current TVs do not offer integrated streaming apps or casting functions, and we can understand that, particularly after a long working day, access to personal streaming services would have made your stay more comfortable. We therefore appreciate this feedback and will take it into consideration for future technical upgrades. Regarding the stained carpet, our carpets are vacuumed regularly and professionally deep-cleaned at fixed intervals. Nevertheless, some permanent discoloration and signs of wear can remain visible even after cleaning and may unfortunately affect the overall impression. We understand that this is not ideal and will continue to review the condition of the affected areas. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. tutto ok , stanza un po' sporca e accessori in camera vistosamente usati o trascurati , manca la corretta manutenzione .
