Stayed here for four nights, to be honest this experience was better than my last visit. The room was clean, comfortable bed, cleaned every two days which was fine. Free bottled water available, nice touch. Plenty of choice for breakfast with good quality food and drinks. The only negatives I met was: One of the lifts had a terrible smell all week, the pool and bar/restaurant are still closed. Would I return? Yes if the Hotel Stadt Hameln is not available.

The blonde receptionist on Monday, October 28 was really unpleasant and rude to my simple request. The customer is always a resource and making fun of them with ridiculous excuses that are proven wrong in a few minutes is really unprofessional. Usually a smile is enough to solve everything, but I think this “person” should change jobs. Too bad! Probably on my next trip I will choose a more “customer driven” accommodation and not the Mercure Hotel Hameln.

Lovely stay but disappointed that the pool is no longer available and the the bar continues to be closed. Breakfast is lovely and really enjoyed it every morning! Locality is excellent and staff very helpful.

A relatively modern hotel a short walk from the centre of the attractive town of Hameln. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is excellent. The website is up-to-date with catering arrangements (no restaurant, free water at all times). There are very limited free car parking spaces outside, otherwise use the underground car park (with pedestrian access near hotel) for less than 10 Euros a night. Temporarily, due to the prevalent staff shortages they were unable to make up the room on one night.

The room was big with a big bed in it. 2 balconi I had which unfortunately I could not use. Bathroom was very nice and big. The Breakfast buffet offer you everything which was possible to offer. The staff very nice and helpful.
